That is peacock moss and riccia.
The tank is fan cooled and keep at 28-29 C.
The red map & LSS are new members. The rest are 1-2 years.
Here my 422 discus tank. always want to make a plants tank like yours, but no time for plants therefore just leave it bare tank.

I really like the Amano inspired styling of the high mountains drawing the eye into the valley between. Mighty big discus fellas must be having a ball of a time shoaling in the ricca and moss plains. Beautiful tank setup. However the bare driftwood in the foreground gives an edginess and disrupts the serene feel.
Very nice tank... We also planning to setup a discus tank at home; now just finished setup and planting ... Can you share your tank specs and set-up for reference?
