precious tank o'mine

Hi dudes! Say, I've got mushrooms and polyps/buttons and initially when placed in the tank, they would open up for weeks. Recently, my mushrooms don't open full. they looked scrunched up. Any idea whats up?

My anemone, occasionally expands but most of the time, it looks shrunken and thin, not bloated, any idea?

I've got a soft coral, the one that is white and look like fingers, it slouches and hangs downwards and next to it, theres an ugly lookin piece that has a mouth at its tip sticking up. Don see it in the shops so dunno what it is. Any idea?

how do I keep the water crystal clear? i mean, really clear? Mine doesn't look diamond clear, abit off.

check water parameters. it might be the reason why your coals are not surviving.. ur tank might be over-stocked and the filtration is not able to support it.. (i'm assuming that your tank is a matured tank)
