To me it looks like live sphagnum moss, not aquatic, could be wrong though I can't see it too clearly in the pic. If it is its great to use for covering the top of soil for carnivorous plants.

I believe the plant is Hemianthus micranthemoides. Locally in Singapore, several stem plant cuttings are sold as tied to pieces of SS mesh. I find Bacopa tied to SS mesh every now and then at C328.

The plant really cannot survive submerge in water. Half of it is dying. No choice but to change it to java moss. Still trying to find a nice plant from c328.
