camallanus worms help

I recently discovered small red worms hangigng from the anus of currently two rams and one angel fish. I have a 240litre tank with many large fish I simply love can anybody please please please help in iradicating these evil paracites.............

could it be tapworm ?

using lavamisloe HCL is the best to cure camallanus worm.
seems that the disease is spreading into the tank, after curing the fish, is best to disinfect your whole tank to prevent another outbreak due to the worms eggs which could be laying around the tank.

use the medication with care.

Hiya thanks for the reply. Iv succesfully identified the parasite as camallanus which as I understand is a complete pain to cure. Iv just started a treatment of wormerplus+ which I obtained from Kushui which is widely used in Discus.
As this contains Flubendazol I thought it would be a good place to start.
Dosage is 0.3g per 30 gallons or 0.5ml. Iv got a 240 litre tank so I'm using 2 0.5ml scoops working to 60gal 63.4 being the true sum.
Il keep you posted if this didn't work over a period of 7 days il have to repeat but after Levimasol is on the cards
