I recently (less than 2 weeks ago) bought three Hilea hang on the back of aquarium filters for my wild betta tanks and today, the filters all started acting up...as if knowing that it was over a week or so...they all started slowing down and the output is just a dribble. Why? I cleaned them and it doesn't seem to help much.

Is this a bad brand? Are there better brands that I should consider investing in? Thanks.

Look where the water level is suppose to be on their inlet pipe.
