I want to get a 30 x 12 x 18 inch tank for livebearers and plants setup.

Any recommendations for brand/type of canister filter?
Any recommendations for lighting?

Is air pump and heater necessary?

small tank just get something like OHF? get a regular PL light can liao luh..
