Help!! Us fissiden turning very light green

Help!!! All my us fissiden in my 1.5 ft tank is turning very light green in color and some part turning white... Guys can help? There is also hair alage infection... Nw have trying to remove them manuelly..

Here is my tank spec, 1.5 ft, ph around 7, temp 25, 1 bubble per sec.

Opps forgot to mention the lighting, 32watt t5 on for 7hrs daily
