hi all, after being poision by all the iwagumi scape in the forum, here's mine. i welcome all comments.

    hardware :
1 feet cube tank by weeyang from torque6
GEX 'S' HOF filled with ceramic rings ( matured )
Hang on Fan ( new toy )
6W LED light which i bought from dealextreme.com ( i might add 1 more if it is not bright enough )
used soil ( contro / gex / azzo soil mixture with some old sea mud chips )
5 piece of rocks ( they reacts with acid but very minimal. i guess it may make the set up a bit hard )
CO2 ( haven't fix up yet as today is the 2nd day. already dose 1 capful of seachem excel in it )

    flora :
    Japanese hairgrass

tried dry start method of HC on this initially, but failed terribly as the is fungal attack. decomm-ed and restart again by washing everything.

    Thanks for viewing.

I think it will look better if you remove the only different colour rock on the left. The right rock which is pointing upward look great, i believe that you position it as the focal point of your scape, well done bro. Hope to see more picture with better lighting !

Nice! Looks like you got yours done real quick!
    What stones are those?

My 2 cents, the roundish stone on the left that looks abit reddish (I shall nickname it "Liver rock" seems out of place and the color's abit off. Maybe moving it behind and hiding the reddish parts may improve things?

The black/white (I shall nickname it "Taiji rock") stone in the front kinda distracts but I'm sure once the hairgrass covers the white, it'll be fine.

One thing that I always hear Mr Amano comment is that the front soil should be levelled and straight where possible (unless the scape design is "special" and demands a different slope in front).

I'm going to try the DSM too for the HC in my scape but after experimenting, I realized that it may not work! Will update on my thread...

My views are just a gut feel and I'm also trying to learn along the way by giving my opinions and seeing if others feel the same. Overall, I think its a comfortable looking scape. Looking forward to the livestocks moving in bro!

Re: my 1 feet cube Iwagumi tank

sorry for the blurness of the photo. its taken from my N81. here 2 better photo for compare.

i'm colour blind, thats why i can't see the redness in the rock.

i have numbered the rocks. number 3 and 4 placing will be fixed. if i take out 1 rock, the numbers of rock will be even.

thanks navanod and kenzai for the comments

Re: my 1 feet cube Iwagumi tank

For a tank this size I would consider removing rocks 1 and 4.

Are you planning to have any taller background plants?

Nice picture, it look better now. It will be perfect if you remove the red rock #1 with a similar colour rock to blend with the rest of your rocks
