dun use any medication.. usually they contains copper and will kill your corals.. try this for measure..

take garlic, crush them and extract the juice. u might need to add couple of drops of water.. with the garlic extract, mixed it with the food u used to feed them.. let the food soak in the extract for a while, say 5 mins? then u feed them with it.. dun worry abt the layer of oil on the surface, if u using overflow.
the disease should go away in abt 3-5 days.

i bought one off the shelf solution.
its a veri small bottle, I just add one drop together with 1/4 pail of my cycled water. I tik it was too potent and harmed the grills of my (quarantine) marine fishes. Three die, the remaining two survived, but seem to be grasping for air at the surface of water.

I was quite worried and use a small net to scoop n place the net even with the water so the fish can rest n just tilt the head to get air. I think my common clown is too stress and was hit by white spots again.

I took it out again, but this time I just use some coppersafe which previously seem to work fine. got to go home n check on its condition.

i have never bought any solution especially for copper content to cure white spots. try my method, a bit messy but it works wonders.
