Hi all brothers...is the grade of the shrimplets depend on the male or the female???
example 1:A female Mosura and a male "A" grade= ???? grade
example 2:A female "A" grade and a Mosura male=???? grade
Any expert to highlight me???
Have seen quite a number of forumer kept CRS n Snow-white.
Anyone tried cross breed CRS & Snow-white/Golden???
If yes...how does it look like??? Any picture to show???
depends on both de la. Snow White and Golden are usually used to upgrade the colour of the CRS.

i thought golden will not upgrade the colour in long run but will only upgrade in the pattern?
opps~ yah upgrade pattern and colour. but offsprings will not be pure CRS or BDS as Snow White and Golden have both genes.

I would like to think in both situations the chances are 50-50. With no dominant role played by either the male or the female. Unless there is some experts who are able to comment on the scheme of gene inheritance in the CRS reproduction process.
You have an excellent question nonetheless.![]()
Evil.... do you mean that mosura comes from the cross breeding with Snow-White/Golden and Crs???
my answer is yes and no.
follow will be from what i know. tell me if i'm wrong
for example PRL ( Pure Red Line CRS ) mosura comes from C+C = A, B, C. then A+A = S, A, B. then S + S = SS, S, A. then SS + SS = SSS, SS, S. ( subtitle "then" with 5-6 generations later ). sometime even crossing back to the parent is needed.
golden and snow white helps to enhance the colour and grading of shrimps but the off springs will still have either golden tint or pinkish tint.

Understand.... What about Red wine and BKK??? Also origins from crs n bds???
yes they are, they are just mutations which line is stabilized thru selective breeding too.

Evil....today afternoon saw 1 of my CRS berried with eggs...at night she doesn't carry eggs anymore. and i saw something like shrimp egg on the gravel. The mama shrimp drop her eggs???
yapz. maybe. is it the same CRS?

I have a number of crs....but just couldn't see any of them berried... Hah...why the eggs drop??
It all depends on the parentage and gene pool of both Father and Mother... If both pair comes from a high grade gene pool, chances are the shrimplets will be of high grades CRS.
Basically, it depends all on the genes.
