As long as there are fishes in the tank, it will not be a problem. The fishes will be glad to eat them

Not really. I think what you have is a dario dario and not a badis. Yes, they eat live food. I normally go to ponds and fish for live food for them like those water mites.

Serious? Cause the place I got them from (Seaview) sold them as Rainbow Badis as stated on tank???

That's "dario dario". Badis are slightly bigger if I'm not wrong.

I kept one before. Fed it live food for a while then I stopped. Thought it died off, but when I did a rescape, it re-appeared. Tough bugger must have been living off micro-organisms, or maybe live worms that escaped into the substrate.

Sorry for the late reply, thanks Squee for filling for me. Some shops call them Badis, I have seen some write as badis dario too, don't depend too much on their commerical name, especially in Singapore. Like here in Australia, Borneo suckers are known as Borneo scooters.

Hi, any updates on your tank? Would love to see how the plants are growing into.
