    Re: White L134

looks pretty normal to me. Probably just an effect of the light.

...people ask why I eat fish even though i'm such an avid fish keeper... Bottom line is that I've been eating fish a lot longer than I've been keeping them...

    Re: White L134

It is unfortunate that at least some object of a known color, a red clay pot for example, was present for reference purposes because I know my F1 L134 become washed out when placed in a photo tank and actually needed to be photoshopped to make them appear like they do when they are not frightened.

I'm not saying a white L134 is impossible because I have seen some which were almost free of the normal brown stripes and spots and were mainly yellow. And as breeding these fish becomes more common it will become more likely that new color morphs will appear in the hobby, I have some of my first F2 generation fish but so far their coloration remains the normal yelllow and chocolate browm.
Old fish breeder. SA Dwarf Cichlids, Hypancistrus sp L260, L333 and Peckoltia L134 breeder. Also Sturisoma, Dwarf Corydoras spp, wild Discus and Killiefish. Like breeding Characins and wild Betta spp too.
