It is the food, which is too high protein that caused it. Especially if you feed the carnivorous pellet every night, even 1"+ fries will also get bloated, if they are unable to digest the food properly.
Try alternate feeding with veg, such as green peas or algae pellets. And starve the fries one day per week, so that they can clear the stomach.
Now, back to the current bloated fries, you can try to isolate it in a hatchery box and put some small driftwood inside. Make sure got enough current in it and do not feed for the next 2 days. If you need to feed, feed only veg food. Usually, if the bloatness is very bad, the fries will die off eventually. Else, the bloatness will disappear if you stop feeding it.
