Are you able to measure your CO2? I am afraid - your DIY CO2 is not being consistent about the supply of carbon

I have planted Bacopa monniera in my tank 30 x 12 x 15 inch in diameter.I have used 3 WPG light, made available for 9 hours. Laterite substrate, DIY co2, and dosing is on.
At the lower side of the stem the plant leaves (old ones) are becoming yellow and melting while the upper ones remain green. Is this a state of growth or deficiency?

Thanks Barmby,
No ,I cannot measure my co2.
ok, but wont the other plants also show such similar or parallel symptoms? What are the usual symptoms of Co2 imparity?
Now in this situation what can be done ?
pl guide
thanks
Other plant has better tolerance.
You may have to invest in a CO2 system.
