Trying to start a new thread at the beginner section but couldn't.

Have you tried clearing your cache and cookies?

I am using IE8,
So if i clear the tempo files and offline content correct.

That i done, if not this can point me how to clear??

You have managed to start threads before. And you managed to post this one.

I'm guessing you are posting from your workplace or school? If so, when they ask you to log in, press CTRL+F5. Sometimes the organisation servers keep serving stale pages.

Dunno why i jus managed to do it again with the remember me tick, clear browser, F5
