electric bill?

Hi
Me thought of setting up a 3ft planted tank.
But I am not too sure how much will be the increase in the monthly electrical and water bills.
The increase is mainly due to the
1)4 x 36W PL light.(e-blallast: reduce eletricity by 30%)
2)Canistor filter.
3)AC fan.
4)Weekly water change
Can anyone having a tank of this size let me know the rough increase.
And what can be done to reduced this amount by a little.

anyone good in java script can come up with a simple calculator for computing electrical bills base on input parameters like tank size (w x d x h), wattage of light, filter used, estimation of chiller running/hr/day etc, using juggler's link as reference.

This can be included as one of the calculators in AQ in future? Who's interested please PM me for discussion.
