Unable to start new thread in aquarium market place

I had been a member for more than 30 days and have more than 10 posts.

However, i still unable to start a new thread in the aquarium market place.

Please confirm my account status. Thanks a lot.

I have checked, and you should be able to. What error message are you seeing?

Dear Mod,

I was told to key in user name and password again and again when i click "start new thread" in the market place forum. Keyed in user name and password but back to the same screen again.
