Please do not use that especially for Starter. The very reason algae come due to inconsistent supply of CO2

Thank you all so much for great advice.
I will get seachem excel...
Seachem Excel is a fix. In the end, I will recommend Starter to go with full CO2 system. Do not worry about the initial high cost - you can always resell the whole system in the marketplace. In fact, they are highly sought after..

I suggest that you do not use CO2 pill. I used it before, it will create a awful algae which is effluvial and blue color like plastic.
you can get a decent co2 tank setup at less than $70 at some LFS.
Advice from boss Felix
I've used that before, the tablet will dissolve in 2-3days (depending on where you put it and the flow against it). It does add CO2 to the tank but I do not find it really effective. It also leaves behind some residue, which is harmless. I think for a start, DIY CO2 will be a good enough.
I think for a start, a CO2 system with solenoid is necessary.
Most issues posted in Fertilisation and Algae section - had set-up that always include DIY CO2.
The inconsistent supply of CO2 is a perennial problem. Beginner need to have a good system to get off to a good start. Else it is a pain. Next thing - they cannot do nice tank as they struggle with the choice of plants. The types of plant on "offer" are limited. Finally, they give up the hobby because the tank doesn't look good and every week water change they combating with algae instead of beautifying the tank to compliment their nice room or house.
