Did you bother to read the notices and forum discriptions in the forums you tried to post in?

the problem i'm encountering is that i post something, and it says the moderator will approve the message, then other times i get to post it straight. why is that so?

it seems i am only able to post or start threads when i am on my work computer, it doesn't seem to work when i'm at home. it always says something like to wait for the moderator to validate the messages.
