hi all. i have got a question to ask. Would it be ok to use an old tube to grow moss in a low tech tank? will it affect the moss' growth in anyway?

Edit: its a 28L tank btw.

of course it will affect the growth... but moss are very hardy plants, they can take low light.. they will grow steadily.. no worries about it..

No problem. This is my low tech tank. I am still having it.

I used to go out and buy used PL 36W from fellow hobbyist.

Lower temperature is more important for growing moss.
