Cycling Of Tank?

Will like to check out abt the cyling of tank using OCEAN FREE SUPER BATTLE BACTERIA 8000. Is that a gd artifical solution to create bacteria in the tank? Been cycling my tank with used fish water for a week alrdy before I used this ready solution. My tank is 2 ft by 2.5 ft by 1 ft. My intention is to rear goldfish, so when can I start rearing the lovely fish after using the solution?

what filter are you using?
do you have any other fishes in your tank presently?

you can start introducing goldfish into your tank now. just do it slowly, at a rate of 1-2 goldfish per week.

I'm using an external canister filter Dolphin C700 going at 700 l /hr. Do u have any schematic diagram of hw the filter works?
