    Hello!

Some photos to share!! Not sure how it will turn out , all comments are welcome! Starting with some low grade commando shrimps..

My Tank Overview -- For now right side got some fishes.. But soon going to release them to make space for my CRS.

Is the sakura trying to hump the CRS? Wrong genes pal.. haha..

    Feeding TIME!!~

    My berried mama..

    Change angle..

Once the tank gets more matured, hope to recruit more CRS into my barely filled tank..

Remember to remove those fishes before your shrimplets hatch.....otherwise your fishes will have a happy hour shrimps buffet...

Thanks! Noted and have done so by moving the fishes to my 1 ft tank already. Haha.. But got a slight problem that the ph can't seems to maintain at 6.3-6.8.. Keep dipping to 6.0-6.2. Will it be ok?

That would be the normal range if you're using ADA Amazonia II. I'd reckon it's more important to have it stable at a small range then it keeps on jumping from 6.0 - 6.8. That change is way too great.

    Thanks bro Wind08!
So you were saying keeping at 6.0-6.2 is ok for higher grade shrimps? Dont want to have same problem like one year ago, so took extra care of the water parameters this time round.

By the way, I do have 2 small bags of coral chips in the tank, if not the tank ph will be at the 5+ range. Headache ah!

I cannot say that it's 100% okay because I'm also a newbie. But for now my S and SS are doing fine after one week in the tank. pH approx 6.25 (color chart shows inbtwn light green [6.5] and yellow[6.0]).

I also added 1 handful of coral chips, seems to be fine. Not too sure if it's the coral chips or the Mosura Mineral Plus that aid in my gH shooting to a stable 5 from 3.

Yo bro Wind08, guess quite a few of us do put coral chips in the tank. I did some dose of mineral plus too
My shrimps are fine for now (Hopefully can remain this way), gh is between 4-7(that's what the JBL 5 in 1 test kit shows), so right now still monitoring the suitation.

Great! Mine is very stable after 2weeks (I slightly overdose my bacteria starter kit to make the nitrogen cycle kick start faster).

After day 3, my parameters are stable as follows:

    pH: 6.25
    gH: 5
    kH: 1
    NO2/NO3: 0ppm
    Temp: set 25dC, kick start @ 26dC

Haha.. Looks good to me after such a short cycling time. Think you can consider recruiting more "higher" rank "officer" (better grades CRS) to your existing tank liao!!
