Sharing my low grades.

Hi all,
Would just like to share my low graded shrimps ( BDS,CRS, FireRed) with my tank set up. Plants on mesh are all semi matured and newly tied US fissiden with 1 mesh of flame moss. Tank has been around for about 2 months to date. Tempreture ranges from 23 - 28 degree max.

My low grade set up!

My 3 kinds of shrimps!

My 1st CRS Berried mama, babies due soon, already shaped.

Had a few FR shrimplets from the pregnant FR upon purchased.

However, they looked like all female to me, couldn't managed to get any pregnant so far.

Probably look for some good standard males to join them soon for the marriage game!

you dose any fertilizer or excel things? i have also just restart my low grade CRS tank, finished cycling, waiting for resident now, hehe...

Hi, I only dose mosura mineral plus for the shrimps. Wish you have fun with CRS!

your tank looks empty...Try adding a piece of nice driftwood tied with moss...it would look better and at least with some hiding place for the shrimps...

Hi Bro

Presume you don't use chiller & did not see any fan around, how are you able to get the temperature down to 23 degree? Aircon?

Anyway nice set-up.

Sure, but I prefer to see them like this and when the fissiden matures it will be a sight! Then probably I'll add in some dw.

Hi! Yes, you're sharp! Had some extra fissiden so made a ball to try try

Yes, I had aircon on in the night till morning. And the tempreture will slowly increase till 27.X in the late noon. Tank is in my room which is totally not exposed to sun.

Thank you! Not trading them at the moment though. I can't wait for them to all be matured!
