There are so many articles on DIY CO2 and have read so many of them yet could not find the required information. Can someone who had done this DIY care to enlighten me how much of yeast to add. All that is mention in the articles is 2 cups. Unit of measurement will be helpful. Example ml or if that is not possible maybe can specify the type of cup. Can i use those tea cups that can be found in Ya Kun?.

Remember to take things with a pinch of salt. You'll decide how much yeast will be your preference.

you can use normal drinking cup. otherwise go to a baking supplies shop to look for a measuring cup.
for yeast, you can start with a teaspoon. again, you can get a set of measuring spoons from a baking supplies shop. normal supermarkets may have such measuring spoons on sale as well.

Thanks all for your contribution. I decided to go with the trial by error method. I started with 1 cupful normal drinking cup and to my surprise it worked. In fact the diffusor started bubbling in less than 1 hr. Its been 2 days since and its still bubbling. Lets see if it can go the distance.
