    Hmmm... but it's rated for 125V and it has a different style socket. We'll need to use adaptors to fit our type of plugs into the strip. Since our adaptors are not water proof, it may make the thing pointless... got to see how it works first.

    The first video shows the girl sticking the meter probes into the socket after pouring water on in. No current. But when she sticks in the light, it works. So what stops/allows the current flow?

    Thanks for sharing.
    Pretty model aside, I was rather disturbed by the demonstration videos... to me, electricity and water simply do not mix! The 2nd video had the model pouring water into the 'ordinary' power strip, how come she didn't get shock?

    They probably took precautions to make sure she was standing on insulation or something.

    Agree with Eric... even if I get that, I'm still making sure it's secured in a high and dry place. Water proof or not.

    seems good to have circuits individuality protected, hope to see this in UK standard 210-230V
