A couple of suggestions

1) Tweak background highlight contrast of sticky threads slightly to a darker shade of blue for easier differentiation so people can just scroll down to the threads.

2) Colour code WT-Sell, WT-Give, WT-Buy etc threads. It's hard to see the sell and buy threads now individually. Perhaps red for WT-Buy, blue for WT-Sell and green for WT-Give

3) Add a search option in the Marketplace to allow searching/filtering by location for members who do not drive and tend to look for deals close to their vicinity.
