You can try Minquan East Road Section 5: Aquarium Street. I was there one month ago and there's alot of fish shops on that street. They do stock apistogramma as well but I'm not sure of the prices.
Hi all,
Planning to go Taipei in the next few weeks and so wondering whether is there any lfs in Taipei whereby I can get a few pairs of apistogramma.
Thinking of handcarrying them back.
And of course their prices also.
All help and advise will be greatly appreciated.
Thank you.

You do have to travel and check each shop and scour their tanks though. It also helps if you're already familiar with local names for our apistos. Using scientific names will give you blank stares.
xiao bai = elizabethae
dai bai = breitbinden
Some can be quite cheap but some prices are comparable to local prices, especially the likes of Jurua, elizabethae and the new Diamond eunotus. Good luck and enjoy! It'll be like you've landed and gone to Paradise.
Thanks bro. So what must I tell shop owner in terms of packaging the fish, be it handcarrying and check-in luggage? Are they experience in all this?
Thanks.

You won't be able to handcarry. Do check out the AVA website. It states that you're only able to carry max 3 litres of water I think. May want to bring your own breathing bags there for packing.

Hey there bro, try looking for Kordon's breathable bags. There may be some for sale in Singapore.
