I have a problem of water filling up the tubing leading from the bubble counter to the internal reactor when the co2 is turned off at night. Is there anyway for me to prevent this and does this mean that there's something faulty with the reactor?

    Chink,

Just to add on to Simon comments. The check valve that was mentioned is easily availble in most LFS and the cost is relatively cheap.
    Cheers!!
