I did consider just keeping CRS in this tank after i got the chiller, but too bad the substrate is probably not suitable.
then again i have not made any PH measurements. will probably do it tonight and see where the PH level is at.

Are you going to use some sort of background for this tank? any ideas where that is concerned?

been a little busy with work, some updates on how the tank is doing.
getting a little wild and foresty now. need to snip snip a little this weekend.

nice!! prefer you remove the meshes on the foreground on the left side, leaving it bare.

That will make your scape like the main "Island" and focal point

Erm...I don't know much about aquascaping but i simply love the island look...the one without the wire meshes. It look so peaceful and clean.

Don't worry, the mesh was just there because i tied my excess mini pellia to grow them for sale.
Just sold them yesterday to a bro here. So now its back to the island!
