Yes, the greenish one are those which are about to be hatched into shrimplet for I can see eyes on them if you take a closer look.
The only shrimp I see black eggs are my CRS.

Selective breeding for RCS means choosing the most red male and female right?
It seem that most male is quite pale looking.
Is the male in sakura and fire red totally red?
