New 30 gallon in need of help!

Hello everybody, I'm new to the aqua scaping world and very excited. What im looking for is to make my tank as beautiful as I can.

I have a 30 gallon tank with a coral life T5HO double strip. One 10k 31watt bulb and one 6700k 31 watt bulb.

Marineland 200 rated for 50 gallons - will change if nessecary.

I'm not sure what c02 tank to get. Could i buy that Turbo C02 system, which is rated for 40 gallons? Amazon.com: Turbo CO2 Bio System: Kitchen & Dining

Also, what is the bottom grass called?





I'm runinng 2 50 watt Rena Heaters both rated for 20 gallons.

I have 40 pounds of Eco-Complete Black Plant Substrate.

What do i need to make my tank make beautiful plants. Thanks for everything guys!

For planted tanks it is advisible to use pressurised canister co2 with a solenoid to regulate the bubbles per second. Also it is favourable to keep planted tank at cool temp of around 26 degrees. A balance of fertilization, lights and co2 and a strong biological filtration is recommended.
