Hi bros, yesterday I just brought a canister filter Shiruba XB303 and it claims that it able to produce 360 Liter per hour. Out of curiosity I did a test to measure its true or not.

What i did is a traditional method that is get a empty bottle with water measurement label like ur coke and meji milk bottle, etc and a time stopper. Calculate the time to fill up the bottle e.g 2L. For my record is, my filter need 33 sec to fill up 2L, so

(2 / 33) * 3600 = 218.18 Liter per hour

I repeated the test 4 times but still the same, with and without filter media. Is this normal for a filter? Or is defected? but i dun have problem with the filter e.g no water leakage or bubbles inside the filter.

I wonder how accurate is other brand like Eheim.

Anyone mind to share your filter result?
