In order to get a better grade of golden/snow white shrimp, does one need to out cross it with other crs shrimp? What about cross between the same golden/snow white shrimp does it help to improve the shrimp?

Example, cross golden with red gene to get a yellowish red shrimp or cross snow white with a black gene to get more white shrimp...etc etc.

Well its better to breed within the same gene, maybe if you breed for the first Gen the offspring might be good but as you continue it might not be a good idea IMO.

I believe most golden/snow white shrimp selling in the market might be F5 or more...so gene may not be there for offspring. Considering of having a mixture of both crs and golden/snow white shrimp instead of waiting for the same line.
