I'm new here. Pardon me if i've posted this in the wrong section.

I've got a few queries.

1. Is it safe to purchase items from this website freshnmarine*com*sg? I know about n30*com*sg but this store offers free delivery above $100. Or are there other better local online stores?

2. Are there other LFS except C328 that sells hagen fluval external filter? Preferably somewhere around North-East area.

3. And lastly, how to claim warranty for hagen filter?

F&M is a safe store as far as I know. Bought things from there and the owner is fairly responsive and polite when emailed. And the store sent everything to my workplace on the ordering day itself if I recalled correctly
