hi, just like to know if the tiny black rubber cap for air valve (to be capped at 1 end of the valve) is available for sale separately. I happened to buy quite many pieces of the 2 outlet air valve without realising it didn't come with the rubber cap. I asked nearby LFS and was told nobody sell this separately. Or does anyone of you have any DIY remedy to replace this black rubber cap?

Heat up the end of a rubber air tubing over a low kitchen stove flame till it's soft (not burnt), then crimp end with a pair of pliers. Cool it off in a glass of water and trim to shape, if desired. You might have to try it a few times to get it right.

Rubber disintegrate over time but vinyl air-line tubing lasts much longer.

I DIY mine that way too. Just that I use a lighter to heat it up, and press it close with the lighter's butt. You will get a square sealed closing.

Well... yeah, that will work too.

The thing to note, regardless of method, is to avoid heating on just one side but rather rotate the tubing (while flaming) until all sides are soften sufficiently. This will maximize the bonding or seal of the internal surfaces. If the seal pops open or leak air under pressure, it simply means that the tubing was not heated enough. Practice makes perfect.
