Just direct the water output to the corner or sides of the tank.
Hi i had just bought an Atman 3335 from NA and i was told that since i am planning to use co2, i should not use the rainbar. Is this because the movements produced will cause the co2 to be knocked out of the water faster and more easily? If i don't use the rainbar, then how am i going to let the filtered water flow? Just through the pipe like that?

I'm using rainbars for my planted tanks. Position it to minimise water surface turbulence. Point it so that it pushes water parallel to the surface or slightly tilted downwards. Position it about an inch below the surface. If you are using fans, you'll have to take into water loss.
Just FYI, Amano talked about rainbars and CO2 loss in one of the English edition Aqua Journals. Essentially, his point is that the compression in the rainbar and then sudden decompression of water when it exits the rainbar may cause the CO2 (and other gases) to be released.
Vincent - AQ is for everyone, but not for 'u' and 'mi'.
Why use punctuation? See what a difference it makes:A woman, without her man, is nothing.
A woman: without her, man is nothing.
Having the rainbar way below the surface will help. Some even position it near the bottom of the tank.
BC
you can also position it vertically.
this will minimise water surface movement.
