Water turn cloudy

Hi All

I want to know what causes my tank to become cloudy after i dosed fertilizer?
i dose macro & micro every alternate day...

No more crystal clear tank liao...

perhaps you're dosing too much?

what kind of fertilizers are you dosing?

Either way, the tank will clear up given suitable amount of time. The bacteria will take over. Water changes do help speed up the process.

My tank of 55 liters
Dose 7.5ml of equilibrium, 0.3ml of po4, 18ml of nitrogen, 0.2ml of iron, 2.5ml of magnesium. Macro n micro alt day

Actually the water is a bit cloudy only but just not as clear as before

Cloudy water is definitely to do with "new tank syndrome" and bacteria boom. Installing Ultraviolet Sterilizer will help and water will always be crystal.

will calcium carbonate cloud the water? if so how to dose Ca into the tank?

Hi! EI is to dose less frequent and dose generously each time. And not necessary means one has to buy all powder fertilizers off the shelf and add them into tank. EI is to make life easier and not think of what to dose everyday Liquid form such as LushGro, WonderGro and etc and be quite potent too
