    What is the difference between AQUASOIL and POWERSAND?
    Is POWERSAND an alternative to AQUASOIL in term of base substrate or
    Should it be used as a decorative on the top layer after AQUASOIL, just like the Forest sand, Nile sand etc?

    Power sand is base material to be used during the initial setting up stage of a planted aquarium. It is not an alternative to Aqua Soil, but rather to be used together in a planted tank.
