DISCUSBOOK01 - new publication on Discus, Angelfishes, Loricariids, Apistogrammas

I wanted inform you all, also Discus and all fish and plant lovers, Amazon and nature enthusiasts, as well as dwarf cichlid and Angelfish lovers. We just published a very unique new book.

It contains for the first time in any publication, internet or other media, all the 9 natural angelfish variants (species) in detail. There is a very large article on the real P. altum (demonstrating that it has never been bred before). There are new cichlids discoveries, new characoids and so much more in it. All from the end of 2009 discoveries, including 20 pages on new, never seen sucker catfishes, as well as rediscoveries of amazing loricariids in Brazil, Colombia and Venezuela. And also a complete article of how to setup authentic 5 biotope aquariums – into the last detail of it.


This is a world-wide first publication of its kind.

It is called Discusbook, but actually it is a 114 page thick hardcover magazine in A4 size, with photographs on nature and discoveries never seen or published anywhere previously.

It will come out yearly (to follow up with my Discus volume 1 and soon coming volume 2), and this is 01 issue.

Yes, you have a good idea. You know a single copy to send is Euro 16,70 - but anywhere between 5 and up to 20 copies cost only total Euro 35,00 - as it goes as bulk.

My fishes are doing great Heiko, thanks I've separated the Heckels and the Altums into separate tanks and converted the Heckel tank from planted to biotope style with fine sand for them to play/feed in. I've also invested in RO water and do pure RO water changes to keep the TDS at ~40 and the pH at ~5. It's not as low as they like in nature, but it's the best I can humanly do.

10 Books will cost 33 Euro to ship via registered parcel - 3.30 Euro per book
15 Books will cost 44 Euro to ship via registered parcel - 2.93 Euro per book
20 Books will cost (also) 44 Euro to ship via registered parcel - 2.20 per book

It seems that 10 or 20 orders will make shipping very worthwhile. If response isn't that hot, so long as we get 10 orders we can proceed?
