Need info on Aqua Zonic 55W PL

I am new to tank lights. I have recently purchased a Aqua Zonic 55W PL light. The packaging that comes with it has no indication of whether it is using e-ballast or not.
There is also no indication of the k-rating of the light.

Does anyone know about my 2 queries above? Thanks.

Eballast, maybe because aquazonia lights are very slim.

Color temperature. No one knows but you can look at the tube and it is written there. Usually 10,000k or 12,000k
