    Are the cardinals bigger? Any one has any experience? There are contradicting sizes in the books and websites. Kimleng, one of the reason i wanted them was due to their beautiful schooling ability. So they should be ok?

    I used to have a similar two foot tank with almost exactly the same number of fish. I think you should be fine but just make sure that you introduce your fauna in stages. With such a small tank, a sudden addition of bioload like your 6 tetras might create some hiccups in your nitrate cycle.

    Thanks Adrian for the advice. I was planning to do that, and I'm glad to know that 6 tetras can be kept comfortably in a 2ft tank.
