    Hi bros,

I have a problem at hand, my Morimo ball that i have placed into my tank has "spread" around my tank in between my moss and fissidens.

By spread i meant it grew hair like stuffs in between the mosses and it really looks annoying. I have thus removed the Morimo but its err hairlings? keeps fluorishing in my tank, anyway to solve this? Besides slowly harvesting them ...

I know it is not green hair algae cause i saw the strands extending from the morimo itself.

    Re: Morimo Infestation

If possible try to take a picture of the algae and post it in the algae forum thread. Thats an easier way to identify what it is you have. They can also advise you if your problem can be solved with algae-eating fauna or if you need chemicals.

    Good luck.
