    Hi,

Anyone used chemipure in their filter system for planted tank? Is there any impact on the plants? My water is always very high in nitrate even after a few 50% water change. The nitrate always go up three days after water change, i didn't even dose nitrate...alage start to grow on the tank wall....thinking of using chemipure to lower the nitrate level. Anyone can advice?

    Thanks.

    Regards,
    James Ong

Try not to use it if your tank is planted. There are other ways to deal with high NO3. If you get the rest of the nutrients right, the high NO3 may not even be a concern. Unless it is very, very high. BTW, how high is high?
