Need advice for my current shrimp tank...
seems like my current PH is about 6.. but my GH is about 21 ...

Will be doing water change to bring down the GH... but will the water change raise my PH as well?
Should i do water change until my GH is normal then test again to see if my PH is between 6.3-6.8 before i do anymore 'funny ideas' to the water?

Anyone can give me some advice/feedback on what I should do? I dont think adding peat can help, because peat bring down not only my GH but also my PH...

Congratulation! It means you have a mature tank. It is good in some ways.

Do frequent small water changes to bring up pH. or add coral chips to reduce acidity. Basically these are two most natural method that I can think of. If water is really acidic, they are known to dissolve coral chip over a period of long long time

It might be you are overfeeding That's the reason of low pH

thanks bro barmby, the PH is actually fine with me... my CRS is ok with the PH, but its just the GH that is so high now for them... too hard water...
actually just did a water change last night again for the 4th time in 4 days, and the GH reading actually drops to 14... yeah....

guess i can only keep doing 20% water change until i bring down the GH to 4-6.... but doing water change daily hope my CRS dont die...
