you can get your cylinder refilled any most, if not all, lfs that offers this service.
na do offer 1-1 swap but it would be better to check with the lfs.
Do all LFS accept all type of CO2 tanks or must it be bought from them? If I buy a tank from NA, can I get it refilled somewhere else?
Also, do they do 1-1 swap too?
