Helped needed to ID this 3 plants

I would need to some help to ID 3 plants in my tank.

1. The 'lily pad' plant on the back ground..
2. The 'gujing look-alike' plant tied to the driftwood on the left corner.
3. The 3 drooping leaves plant beside my fissiden tree.

oh my god~~ you can just name their names out like that.... Thanks alot... my erm... hy..dro..cot..yle.... is growing very fast... do I need to trim away when it gets too tall and starts overcasting the lights?

by the way, my eriocaulon has lots of cladophora on them... and my torina is not growing well.
