    1) Bubble counter

    3) Reactor
    4) Atomiser

A shop near my house is selling a CO2 set at the price of $128,
    1) CO2 tanks (2L)
    2) Manual regulator
    3) Air tube (1.5m)
    4) Atomiser

bubble counter - provides an indication of co2 bubbling rate
diffuser - devices such as glass spiral diffuser and flipper, co2 diffuses into water by contact time
reactor - 3 ball reactor, co2 is introduced against water flow and uses turbulance to break up a big co2 bubble into smaller bubbles
atomiser - co2 is forced through a ceramic plate to produce tiny co2 bubbles

try visiting a few lfs to compare prices for a co2 set.
