If i do purchase a chiller, what else do i need to fix together with it?
Currently, i using a overhead filter with fully submerge powerhead in the tank.

Have you confirmed that given your water flow rate and volume of water you are going to chill, can both chillers achieve your desired temperature?
If you have no idea what I'm talking about, check out the Equipment forum section to read some threads about what considerations you should take into account before buying a chiller.
Thanks for your help.
Does a 1.5Feet tank need a good canister filter?
It depends largely on your fish stocking level. If your tank is heavily stocked, its better to go for a canister filter that has more rooms for filter media.
