    Hi Folks,

Any clue what is the green hairy plants that grow on the driftwood ? It was black in the beginning (BBA I believe) which overcame my Nana. I removed all traces of BBA and my Nana months ago as it didn't have a chance. But now it's green hairy stuff that covers the wood, background and some foreground. It even bubble !! Actually it's quite pretty though i suspect it's some form of algae.

Also, if you notice in the pic link below, my Blyyxa is not doing well after I moved them. The move was more than 2 mths ago. Could it be my light is getting weaker ? I've 54w FL/PL turned on 10 hr a day in my 2 feet tank.

    Thks.

It's hair algae. I had this in my tank in the past. Removed it when it had started to spread. At first I though it was some kind of moss.

But your algae wall looks quite nice here, just beware when it started to spread longer as it will infest your entire tank with hair algae all over the other plants.
