What's for foreground ?

yo proz,

sigh, it's my second time asking this question oredi. just dun get it in the first place.

my setup is :

2ft tank
one ikea light ( white pl bulb)
one fluorescent light with a planted tank tube
DIY co2
temp around 30 degrees

thanks in advance for the advice. my tank really needs a foreground layout.
